CSA is a Certified Senior Advisor. This nationally accredited program educates professionals who work with seniors about issues facing older adults. Linda is a CSA and is held to very high ethical standards.
We can offer our free service to clients moving to an adult family home or community because we are paid directly by the community or adult family home. Typically, the communities pay us a percentage of the first month’s fee.
Since there are so many options and variables in Senior Living and Care, it is hard to navigate the choices. Sometimes, doing all the research involved can be overwhelming. We can help you save time and money and advocate for you or your loved one.

Washington State highly regulates senior placement agencies. 1st Place Senior Housing has a long list of requirements we must abide by in order to do business. By law, we are required to provide a release of information and a disclosure of services along with other paperwork.
