Our team of Senior Advisors inspect communities from small adult family homes to mid-to-larger size communities with multi-level care on-site. We review state inspection reports and investigate any complaints or citations. Our team has extensive knowledge in all aspects of senior living from independent living to assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.
Your 1st PLACE Senior Housing advisor will be with you every step of the way including identifying places that meet the criteria, arranging visits, completing paperwork, negotiating costs and services and evaluations.
1st PLACE Senior Housing will not charge you a fee for any of our services. The communities and adult/care home pay the referral fee.
